Our Asset Maintenance team is available to assist with repairs during business hours: 📞 Call: (08) 6157 0205 🕒 Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
For after-hours emergencies, we provide a 24/7 service to address urgent situations: 📞 Call: (08) ???????
During an emergency, our team will gather information about the repair and determine the urgency. If immediate action is required, a contractor will be dispatched, or a member of the Asset Maintenance team will be notified.
Non-urgent maintenance during office hours:

Please submit your Maintenance Requests here for our team to review, triage and respond to as soon as possible. PLEASE BE AWARE: this form is only in use and monitored during standard working hours. If outside office hours, please refer to our emergency on-call maintenance line.
You can call however the team will need photos emailed also.
